Belgian city of Antwerp announced the creation of a dedicated corridors functioning addicts smart phones, so that they can become the use of text chat software without slam into pedestrians.
And launched this initiative Mlab shop for smart phones in the city, the City Council approves the idea - which looks propaganda - and formal adoption.
